Front Counter / Snack Bar Attendant

Junction City Bowl is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Counter / Snack Bar Attendants. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests by providing excellent service both at the bowling counter and in the snack bar.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with lane reservations, shoe rentals, and scoring setup.

• Handling cash and card transactions accurately at the front counter and snack bar.

• Preparing and serving food, beverages, and snacks in accordance with health and safety standards.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest areas, food prep stations, and counters.

• Providing friendly, efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Assisting with league nights, parties, and special events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred, but not required.

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
